Current Bid Opportunities

This notification is intended to alert the Chicagoland Construction Community that the following bid opportunities are available through the general contractors listed below.  If any interested party would like the opportunity to bid to one of the contractors listed below please reach out to them directly.

Bid Package #01: General Contractor

Trade Package #01 includes the renovations of public restroom spaces within Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 3 (T3). The Work consists of furnishing all means, methods, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and services for performing the General Work, Structural Work, Architectural Work and MEPFP Work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Technical Specifications, including all appurtenant work and accessories, to the complete satisfaction of, approval and acceptance by the City.
